How to cook
Fry the flour in butter and dilute it with milk. Once it starts boiling, remove it from the heat and add the parmesan, salt and black pepper.
Add the avocado, which is previously peeled, mashed and mixed with the egg yolks.
Carefully add the beaten egg whites. The mixture is poured into a greased form or individual molds and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200 degrees) with a bowl of water in it.
