How to cook
Cut the meat into small pieces, pour 6 cups of cold water over it and simmer. Sauté the finely chopped onion in the butter and 2-3 tablespoons of broth from the meat. Add the tomato juice.
Once the water evaporates a bit, add the washed rice, stir, add the flour and salt. Pour this blend in to the almost boiled meat. When the rice is cooked, remove the dish from the heat and sprinkle it with chopped parsley and spearmint.
If you add 1 cup of rice, you can be serve it as a main dish. Serve with a salad depending on the season. If the meat is lean, add more butter.
