Wash the raisins and pour the white wine over them so they swell. Crumble the biscuits into powder. Peel the apples, grate and sprinkle them with the juice of half a lemon.
Separately, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the margarine, grated apples, biscuits, grated lemon rind, salt and cinnamon. Finally, add the flour sifted with baking powder and drained of wine raisins.
Put the mixture into a buttered cake form with a hole in the middle and bake it. Remove the cake and let it cool in the form, then turn it over onto a large plate. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
