How to cook
Beat the egg whites and add the sugar to them. Continue to whip. Once you get a snow, add the ground walnuts on them.
Stir with a wooden spoon. From this dough, make round pitas, in the middle of which you put biscotti and jam.
Fold the pitas and roll them in some grated chocolate. They should be about the size of a small pastry. Work with a wet hands.
