How to cook
Beat the egg and add the brown sugar.
Add the melted butter, and baking soda.
Sift in the flour gradually and stir.
Finally add the oatmeal and stir with a spatula.
Make small balls with your hands, and press them lightly to form each biscuit.
Arrange the biscuits on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180 degrees) and bake the Baby Oatmeal Biscuits for approximately 15 minutes.
