How to cook
Clean the carp well. Season it with salt and place it in a suitable baking pan.
Pour a little oil, pour the tomato sauce and add the onions, carrots and mushrooms around the carp.
Arrange the lemon onto the carp, put a little oil on the tomato sauce (I did not add salt to it because it was homemade), cover with foil and bake until it's fully baked.
Then remove the foil to bake the fish. Walnuts and spices can be added if you like. Sometimes I add potatoes in the tomato sauce and it becomes very tasty.
