How to cook
Wash the pumpkin and cut it in half lengthwise.
Carve the seeds out and fill the pumpkin with peeled and sliced apples, chopped walnuts and honey.
Sprinkle it with cinnamon and place it in a baking pan lined with aluminum foil so it does not burn.
Wrap in another piece of foil and bake at 392°F (200 degrees) for about 30 minutes, remove the top foil and bake until the pumpkin has softened.
