How to make
Pour the dried apricots in a bowl and pour the hot water over them. Leave them until they swell up.
The next morning, transfer the apricots along with the water into a blender and blend until you have a smooth mixture.
Add the freshly squeezed orange juice inside and blend again.
Distribute the smoothie into cups, add a spoonful of yogurt on top and sprinkle it with brown sugar. Serve immediately.
