How to cook
The meat is cut into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them lenghtwise into a bowl. The pepper is cut, so it can be cooked.
Put everything in a large baking pan and mix the products, add the spices by taste and pour warm water.
The oil is added at the end. Then wrap the baking pan with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 degrees) for 1 hour.
Once it has fully baked, remove the foil and leave it to bake on the top rack for 5 minutes and remove, but make sure the oven is turned off. Serve it warm.
Serve these delicious baked potatoes with pork with a mug of cold beer. Enjoy!
