How to cook
Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Once they're cooked, pour out the excess water.
Heat the oil in a suitable pot and while it is hot, pour the spaghetti on it - so they do not stick.
In a deep frying pan, cut the bacon into small pieces. Add the finely chopped garlic, pickles and mushrooms. Cook on the stove until the bacon has fromed a nice crisp.
Add oregano and as much salt as you like. Mix them well.
Add the cream and diced yellow cheese and stir.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
Serve the spaghetti topped off with the cream sauce along with a glass of cold white wine.
The spaghetti with bacon, mushrooms and cream sauce is ready.
