How to cook
Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until they're cooked. Mash them into a puree and let them cool.
Cut the onion and stew it in the fat along with the minced meat for a short while. Cool it.
Add the filling to the mashed potatoes, add the flour with the soda and the finely chopped dill. Add the eggs and knead until you have a smooth mixture.
Grease the muffin tins and fill them halfway.
Sprinkle them with yellow cheese and bake until they aquire a golden color.
