How to cook
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into two equal pieces. Cut the white cheese into small pieces.
Grab a grill skewer and break it into two equal parts. Take an olive and string it on a skewer, add one half of the tomato, a piece of white cheese, place the other half of the tomato and another olive at the end.
Make all the bites in the same way and arrange them on a plate. You can season them with salt if you wish. I didn't add salt, because the olives are salty and so is the white cheese.
