Wash the livers and cut them coarsely if needed. Pour boiling water over them with 1 tablespoon of vinegar and after 6 minutes, drain them. Put them in a greased pan and add in all the products - the chopped onion, tomato sauce, oil, chili sauce, crushed garlic, honey, chopped mushrooms, and spices to taste.
Put the dish to bake in a heated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 40 minutes. During baking, stir it well several times, and finally - let it brown.
Serve the chili chicken livers with mushrooms with fresh salad and be careful, because it turns out quite spicy.
