How to cook
Cook the bulgur in salted water, strain and rinse with cold water.
Clean the mushrooms, chop them finely and saute in the oil and butter.
After a couple of minutes add the shredded carrot, chopped parsley and garlic, and season with the spices to taste.
Keep cooking for 1-2 minutes, add the cooked bulgur, stir and cook for 2-3 more minutes. You can serve as a hot or chilled starter.
