How to cook
Cut the chicken or shred it to pieces. Put it to fry evenly with a little oil, then add the chopped onions, leeks and carrot. Once tender, add flour and fry.
Sprinkle it with paprika and pour in about 1-2 cups of hot water. Then add the chopped green pepper and the peeled and cut into quarters tomatoes. Add salt and allow to simmer for about 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and sprinkle it with finely diced parsley.
