Ingredients

  • potatoes - 4.4 lb (2 kg)
  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • universal spice - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • garlic powder - 1 - 2 pinches

How to cook

The potatoes are washed and sliced. Boil water with a little salt.

Once it boils, put the potatoes in it for about 5 minutes and then strain them.

Put baking paper in a baking pan, pour the potatoes in it, add the butter and other spices and mix well.

Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200 degrees) until they turn crispy.
