Whisk the eggs with the milk and 2/5 cup (100 g) of sugar. The pie will turn out even more delicious if you use slightly spoiled milk, which has begun to resemble cream taste wise. In a greased tray, arrange the first 2-3 phyllo pastry sheets, coat them thoroughly with melted butter, sprinkle them with crumbled feta cheese and sugar evenly.
Using a spoon, pour on a bit of the mix and add the next 2-3 sheets. Continue arranging until the products last. Finally, pour the rest of the mix over the pie, which has been pierced with a fork all over. Optionally, you can sprinkle on some sesame seeds.
Bake the pie in a moderately preheated oven (not strong) to full readiness.
