How to cook
Preparing the base:
Blend the biscuits finely.
Add the coconut butter and mix well.
Place the biscuit base evenly into a small baking tray covered with parchment paper and chill in the freezer.
For the topping
Chop the almonds into small pieces.
Melt the chocolate into a bain marie.
Take the base out of the freezer and pour half of the melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with the chopped almonds and dried fruit, and pour the remaining chocolate on top. You can add different nuts or dried fruit if you wish.
Freeze the bars again for 15-20 minutes, until the chocolate turns solid.
