How to cook
Boil the macaroni and put it into a slightly greased tray. Top with crumbled feta cheese, grated cheeses, sprinkle with a little black pepper. Beat the milk with the eggs and add them, then mix well.
Prepare the béchamel by frying the butter in a pot, add flour as needed to make a sludge. Then top up with a little lukewarm milk to obtain a not-too-thick consistency. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool, then add 2 beaten egg yolks, nutmeg.
Pour the béchamel over the macaroni and put to bake.
