How to cook
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and fry them in some of the oil along with the finely chopped onions. When everything is tender, add the flour and tomato paste and stir well. Season the kebabs with salt, black pepper and paprika to taste. Add enough hot water to soak the pork and boil until completely soft.
Fry the rice in the remaining oil until transparent. Add 3 cups of boiling water and season with salt. Cook the rice over low heat. Serve a bed of rice in a plate topped with kebab and its sauce.
Optionally, you can make an even more spectacular presentation of the dish. In a cup, put 1 serving of kebabs, top up with rice and press well. Turn the cup upside down on a plate and pour in the sauce from the kebab.
