How to cook
Chop the onion and peppers finely.
Shred the potato finely, as well.
Mix the mince with the egg, chopped onion, peppers and potato, and add the breadcrumbs (if the mix doesn't hold together, add some more)
Season with parsley and the listed spices to taste. Make small meatballs the size of a walnut. Fry in hot oil.
Once you have finished frying the meatballs, cut the cucumbers into rounds.
Pierce a meatball and a piece of cucumber on each toothpick.
Arrange on a serving plater and serve.
