How to cook
Cut the cleaned fish into pieces, salt them and put them to boil with about 8 1/3 cups (2 L) of water. Once the fish is cooked, strain the broth and debone the carp.
Return it to the pot with the broth and add the oil. Add the diced potatoes, onions, peppers and carrots. Leave the carp fish soup to boil until the vegetables soften.
Lastly, add salt, black pepper, lovage and vinegar. Serve the fish soup hot.
