Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup
  • crumbled cheese - 1/2 cup
  • butter - 1 oz (30 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • black pepper
  • parsley - optional
  • flour - 50 g
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • oil - for frying

How to cook

Soak the rice in water for a while and boil it in 2 cups of salted water and add the oil to it.

Once it has boiled, strain it from the water and leave it to cool.

Mix it with the white cheese, black pepper, egg and parsley. From the mixture form small rice patties and roll them in the flour.

Fry them in very hot fat. Place them on kitchen paper for a few minutes and serve them.
