How to cook
First, wash the tomatoes well and cut them into slices.
They should not be too thin.
Then arrange them in a shallow dish.
Cut the mozzarella and arrange all the pieces on the tomatoes.
Then add the olives and arrange the fresh basil leaves on the Caprese.
Season with a little salt, sprinkle with pesto, sesame oil and oregano and our Caprese Salad with Olives is ready.
