How to cook
Spread the bread slices with a thick layer of butter.
Cut the washed tomatoes into circles. Arrange two circles on each slice. Sprinkle generously with grated yellow cheese on the tomatoes.
Heat a grill and arrange the sandwiches. Bake until the yellow cheese melts and aquires a golden color.
Sprinkle them with savory herb, if desired.
Consume them while they are warm. Serve them with ayran or a suitable juice.
