How to cook
It is good to peel and wash the mushrooms, then cut them into thin strips. Cut the smoked fillet into flat pieces, as well as the processed cheese.
Spread the tomato puree or tomato chutney with tomato juice on the pizza crusts. Sprinkle them with the fillet, mushrooms, cheese and oregano.
Grate yellow cheese on top and bake until they aquire a golden brown color. The taste of fresh mushrooms makes these pizzas amazing.
