How to cook
Finely chop the onion and carrot. Add water and once it has boiled, add the onions and carrots. Mix the minced meat with black pepper, savory herb and the boiled rice.
Form small elliptical meatballs. Put them in the boiling broth and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes. Beat the eggs with the milk and flour.
Add a bit of the broth and mix well. Pour the mixture back into the pot and after 10 minutes remove it from the heat. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
