How to cook
Mix the minced meat with the crushed garlic, finely chopped onion, parsley, cumin and black pepper. Mix the mixture well and divide it into 8 parts.
With wet hands, flatten each part, place a hard-boiled egg and wrap it with the minced meat.
Shape them into a ball shape. Roll each ball in flour, then in the egg and finally, in the breadcrumbs.
Arrange the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle them with olive oil and bake them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for 30 minutes.
