How to cook
In a deep frying pan, sauté the onions until they aquire a golden color. Add the minced meat and fry it.
Then add 1 tbsp. of flour and the paprika after that. Add the two jars of peas. Stir and simmer on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Then add the finely chopped tomatoes. Season with salt, a pinch of sugar and black pepper.
Boil the pea stew for another 10-15 minutes. You can also add finely chopped parsley.
