How to cook
Wash the meat, cut it into chunks and fry in oil. When it softens, add the washed and finely chopped leeks. Stew them for a few minutes and pour warm water - 7 and 1/2 cups (1.5 liters).
When it boils, add the peeled and finely chopped carrots, salt, paprika, rice and boil the soup for about 20 minutes.
Add the finely chopped celery. Boil it until it's ready. If necessary, add more water.
Thicken the cooked pork soup with beaten yoghurt and egg. Carefully pour them in, while stirring at all times.
