Ingredients

  • macaroni - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • minced meat - 9 oz (250 g)
  • soft sausages - 9 oz (250 g)
  • yellow cheese - 10 oz (300 g)
  • tomatoes - 6 large tomatoes
  • onion - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper
  • dried oregano

How to cook

Finely chop the onion and fry it, add the chopped garlic, minced meat and the cut into small cubes sausage.

Mash or grate the tomatoes, add to the minced meat, add the spices and leave them to thicken over low heat.

Boil the macaroni in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Strain the water and mix the macaroni with the minced meat.

Transfer them into a baking pan, greased with oil. Sprinkle generously with grated yellow cheese on top. Bake at 374°F (190 degrees) for 15-20 minutes.
