How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the milk with the soda and oil. Add the mixture to the sifted flour with baking powder.
Knead a soft and elastic dough. Allow it to relax slightly.
Divide it into two parts and roll it out into a 0.2″ (0.5) cm thick crust. Cut out circles with a cup or ring and cut the middle with a smaller cup.
Fry them in hot fat until they aquire a golden color. Place them on kitchen paper, so it can absorb the fat.
The number of these Easy Donuts depends on the size of the cup with which you will cut them out.
