How to cook
Place the chicken wings in a pot filled with water and boil them briefly for 10 minutes.
Strain them well and take them out. Arrange them in a greased baking pan.
Sprinkle them with curry, salt, black pepper, paprika and oregano. Pour a little oil and chicken broth over them.
Bake until they aquire a golden brown color in a moderately heated oven at 360°F (180 degrees).
