How to cook
Boil the pork ribs in advance.
Fry the finely chopped onion in the fat, add the mushrooms cut into strips and once they soften, add the chopped roasted peppers.
Add the cleaned and washed rice, the black pepper grains, paprika, as much salt as you desire and 2 cups of water (broth).
Transfer the rice into a baking pan, arrange the pork ribs and add the remaining 2 cups of water (broth).
Bake in a moderately heated oven until the food is fully cooked.
The cooked rice is sprinkled with parsley.
