"Carp with a beer breading - does that sound like one or two crates of beer to you?"

Ingredients

  • fresh carp - 2.2 lb (1 kg) (cutlet)
  • beer - 1/2 cup
  • breadcrumbs - 1.75 oz (50 g)
  • corn flour - 1.75 oz (50 g)
  • egg whites - 1 pc.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • oil - for frying

How to cook

Beat the egg whites until they foam up, add the beer and the other ingredients.

Roll the carp in the resulting breading and fry it in hot fat.
