How to cook
Pour cold water over the meat and one it has boiled, remove the foam.
Once the meat begins to separate from the bones, it is taken out. In the broth, add the finely chopped onions and grated carrots.
Leave it to boil for 15-20 minutes and add the noodles, soup seasoning, black pepper and salt. Boil it for 5 minutes.
Remove it from the heat and sprinkle it with parsley. If desired, make a thickener by mixing the yogurt and egg yolk.
Then pour a ladle of the soup into the thickener and then add everything to the chicken soup.
