Fry the chopped leeks in heated oil, add the minced meat and stir, until it fries also and breaks apart nicely. Season with salt, pepper, savory and paprika, remove from the heat and let it cool. Beat the eggs with the melted butter.
Take 2 phyllo pastry sheets at a time and coat them thoroughly with the egg mixture. At one end, distribute some stuffing, roll it up and arrange the prepared rolls in a greased oven dish in a snail shell pattern.
Coat or top them gently with the rest of the egg mixture and put the phyllo pastry with leeks and mince to bake in a moderate oven until golden. Smother the ready pastry with a towel and serve it slightly cool.
