Dice the peeled and washed potatoes or cut them into thick slices (for frying). Put the potatoes in a greased baking tray with oil. Then add dill, crushed broth cube, salt, chopped garlic and butter and mix everything.
Add the water and bring it to bake in a preheated oven. In the meantime, grate the cheese and ham in a plate and cut the processed cheese into small cubes.
Once the potatoes roast a bit, remove the tray, arrange the diced processed cheese on top of them, sprinkle with grated cheese and ham and put them back in the oven until they get a nice tan.
