How to make
Remove the pedicles and seeds of the peppers. Roast, skin and mill the peppers. Grate the feta cheese coarsely on a grater.
Boil the peppers and then add the hot oil. Boil some more and add the feta cheese. Stir for a further 1-2 minutes.
Put the ready chutney in jars and sterilize for 15-20 minutes. If you put the oil in cold, then sterilize for 30 minutes.
