Ingredients

  • shrimp
  • mussels
  • squid - 14 oz (400 g), or assorted frozen seafood
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • rice - 1 cup
  • lemons - lemon zest
  • black pepper - to taste
  • parsley - 4 - 5 sprigs
  • peppers - 1, red, optional

How to cook

Chop the onions and garlic and fry them in a deep pan. Add the seafood, cook for 3 minutes and add 3 cups water and the rice. Allow the rice to boil for 20 minutes on low heat.

Season with chopped parsley, grated lemon rind and freshly ground black pepper. Optionally, add a finely cut red pepper.
