"Not just kebab but a dish fit for a king!"

Ingredients

  • pork - 21 oz (600 g)
  • pork livers - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • sauerkraut - 24.5 oz (700 g)
  • leeks - 1 bunch, white part
  • chili peppers - 2 - 3, fresh or pickled
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • black pepper - to taste

How to cook

Cut the pork into pieces and fry it with a little oil. Remove it and put chopped livers to braise in the same oil, then add the chopped leeks and chopped chili peppers.

In a separate pot, sauté the sauerkraut with a little oil and then sprinkle it with paprika.

Combine the sauerkraut, meat and livers in a tray, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika, stir and put to bake for about 20 minutes at 360°F (180 °C).
