How to cook
Cut the cauliflower into rosettes.
Mix the flour, salt, water and egg yolk into a bowl - to create a thick batter. Dip each rosette in it and arrange them in a tray covered with a sheet of baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 320°F (160 degrees) and bake the cauliflower for 30 minutes.
In the meantime melt the butter on medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic. Simmer for 30 seconds and add the honey, chilli sauce and soy sauce. Stir and set aside.
Take the cauliflower out of the oven and pour the spicy mix on top. Mix gently, allowing each rosette to absorb the sauce.
Decorate the cauliflower with a couple of hot peppers and serve!
