  • potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - 3 - 4 grains
  • vermicelli noodles - 1 handful
  • parsley
  • onions - 1 onion
  • yolks - 1 pc.
  • yogurt - 2 tbsp.

How to cook

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, peel the onion and finely chop it. In a pot full of water, add the potatoes, onions and the oil.

Boil them over medium heat until they soften, add the crushed noodles, as much salt as you like, black pepper and leave the soup to boil until the noodles are ready.

The potato soup can be served as it is, but it can also be thickened with a beaten egg yolk and yogurt. Light and delicious soup.
