Ingredients

  • For the pancakes
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • water - 3/4 cup (150 ml)
  • milk - 3/4 cup (150 ml)
  • flour - 9 oz (250 g)
  • zucchini - 1.3 lb (600 g) grated on a fine grater
  • spring onions - 2 stalks
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • dried garlic - 1/2 tsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • For the stuffing
  • cream cheese - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves

How to cook

Beat the eggs along with the milk and water. Add the flour, grated zucchini, chopped spring onions, dried garlic and oil.

Everything needs to be mixed well. You can make 10 pancakes from the mixture.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and finely chopped dill and garlic. Spread the pancakes with the stuffing and roll them up into small savory rolls.
