How to cook
Grate the potatoes, zucchini and yellow cheese and mix them with the eggs and the crumbled white cheese. Add salt, black pepper and other spices according to your taste.
Spread the mixture, which should already be homogenized, in a baking pan greased with oil. Put a few small lumps of butter on top.
Bake it for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at about 390°F (200 degrees).
Then pour the casserole with a mixture of yogurt and flour, beaten well with a wire whisk and bake until it aquires a golden color.
