How to cook
Beat the eggs along with the flour, milk, water and a pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt. The mixture should with a thicker density.
Put the roasted red peppers with olive oil, garlic and basil in a blender and blend them. Add the prepared mixture to the mixture with the eggs and mix them well.
Fry the pancakes in a pan until they're done.
Mix the strained yogurt with the crumbled or grated cheese. Season with salt, finely chopped basil and dried garlic.
Spread the pancakes with the sauce and roll them up.
