How to cook
The washed beets are peeled, cut into pieces and boiled in salted water until they're fully cooked. Strain them well and if necessary, dry them with kitchen paper.
Everything is blended into a smooth mixture like a pate. Try to see how it tastes and if necessary, add a little salt, stir and pour it into a bowl. Serve beetroot pate sprinkled with parsley.
It's a great pate and even better when it's spread on a slice of einkorn bread.
