Put the pork to boil directly with the bone for 1 1/2 hours in enough water. Separate the boiled meat from the bone and cut it into pieces. Put it back in the broth and heat it again.
Add the chopped onions, carrots, potatoes, peppers, and once softened, stir with the tomato paste and season with spices. Towards the end, add the crushed garlic and vermicelli and after 10 minutes, remove it from the heat.
After another 10 minutes, thicken it with a beaten egg. Add the chopped parsley and serve.
