Thoroughly clean the fresh potatoes and dry them. Transfer them to a greased oven dish and pour on the beaten together mayonnaise, mustard and beer. Shake the dish and add salt and pepper to taste, then all the other spices, sprinkled evenly.
Put the dish in a moderately heated oven to bake until the potatoes are ready. Stir several times to bake them evenly. Once the liquid from the dish boils off, the fresh baked potatoes with mustard should be done.
