Peel the sausages and cut them into circles, the bacon and potatoes into cubes and onion into thin strips. Transfer to a clay pot with a little oil or other fireproof container.
Add the beaten eggs mixed with the milk, the remaining products and stir everything. Put the clay pot in a cold oven. Bake without putting the lid on until browned or until the eggs are ready - about 40 minutes.
